Rose and Allan Holliday would like to welcome you to their Lakeland home. Gillercombe, is a traditional terrace house constructed in local stone and built about 150 years ago. Craig Walk is a quiet residential area, yet only a few minutes walk from the shops, cinema and buses.
We have two double bedrooms. Both of our double bedded rooms have a wash basin, colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The first floor room also has the advantage of its own shower, whilst the second floor room has a shower and toilet en-suite. All our rooms are centrally heated. Breakfast is a traditional Lakeland platter and is served in the cosy dining room around 8.30am.

We are totally non-smoking. Gillercombe provides Bed and Breakfast only but there are many restaurants which serve excellent evening meals within a few minutes stroll.
Bowness-on-Windermere is an ideal centre for seeing the Lake District. Whether you are a fell-walker, a fisherman or a water-skier this village has something to offer everyone.
